Workday: Create Shortcuts


  1. Click the quick access icon, located in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 
  2. Click Edit (next to My Shortcuts). 
  3. Choose from an External link or Task/Report. 
  4. You can click the menu icon to browse links/tasks/ reports. If you know the name of the link/task/report you'd like to create a shortcut for, you can type it in the field and search it that way. 
  5. Click the Add button if you have other shortcuts to add. 
  6. Click the OK button. You click the quick access icon again and see that your shortcut has now been added.
