Instructions
Steps:
- Download and Install the Vonage Business Communications app from the App Store or Google Play store
- Open the application.

Tap 'Get Started'

Tap 'Sign In'

IMPORTANT: Choose Log in with Single Sign-On:

Type in your full UC Email address (be sure to include the '@ucumberlands.edu') and click 'Next':

This will take you to the UCLogin portal. Enter your UC password.

A two-digit authentication code will pop up and you'll receive an Approve sign-in? notification. Take note of the two-digit code, then click the Approve sign-in? notification to enter the two-digit code.

Enter the two-digit code that YOU were provided in the previous step, then click Yes to confirm it is you trying to log in:

Once authenticated, tap 'Got It':

Then tap 'Ok' to grant access to the Microphone on your device, photos (if you want to set a profile picture), and Siri (iOS).

Tap the Keypad icon in the bottom/middle of the screen to dial an extension.

Tap the contacts icon to view and search the campus directory:

Choose the circle icon with your initials or profile picture to access the menu and settings:

From Settings, you can view your profile, check/modify call settings like Call Forwarding, and set up your Voicemail greeting. You can also Log Out of the app.
