Instructions

1. Download and Install the Vonage Business Communications app from the App Store or Google Play store
   
   
   1. Download for iPhone
      
      
   2. Download for Android
      
      
      
2. Open the application.
   
   
   
3. Tap 'Get Started'
   
   
   
   
4. Tap 'Sign In'
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. IMPORTANT: Choose Log in with Single Sign-On:
   
   
   
   
   
6. Type in your full UC Email address (be sure to include the '@ucumberlands.edu') and click 'Next':
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. This will take you to the OneLogin portal. Login using your UC credentials.
   
   
   
   
8. Once authenticated, tap 'Got It':
   
   
   
   
9. Then tap 'Ok' to grant access to the Microphone on your device, photos (if you want to set a profile picture), and Siri (iOS).
   
   
   
   
10. Tap the Keypad icon in the bottom/middle of the screen to dial an extension.
    
    
    
    
    
11. Tap the contacts icon to view and search the campus directory:
    
    
    
    
12. Choose the circle icon with your initals or profile picture to access the menu and settings:
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
13. From Settings, you can view your profile, check/modify call settings like Call Forwarding, and set up your Voicemail greeting.  You can also Log Out of the app.
