Steps:

  1. Download and Install the Vonage Business Communications app from the App Store or Google Play store
    1. Download for iPhone
    2. Download for Android
  2. Open the application.
  3. Tap 'Get Started'

  4. Tap 'Sign In'

  5. IMPORTANT: Choose Log in with Single Sign-On:

  6. Type in your full UC Email address (be sure to include the '@ucumberlands.edu') and click 'Next':

  7. This will take you to the UCLogin portal. Enter your UC password.

  8. A two-digit authentication code will pop up and you'll receive an Approve sign-in? notification. Take note of the two-digit code, then click the Approve sign-in? notification to enter the two-digit code.

  9. Enter the two-digit code that YOU were provided in the previous step, then click Yes to confirm it is you trying to log in:

  10. Once authenticated, tap 'Got It':

  11. Then tap 'Ok' to grant access to the Microphone on your device, photos (if you want to set a profile picture), and Siri (iOS).

  12. Tap the Keypad icon in the bottom/middle of the screen to dial an extension.

  13. Tap the contacts icon to view and search the campus directory:

  14. Choose the circle icon with your initials or profile picture to access the menu and settings:

  15. From Settings, you can view your profile, check/modify call settings like Call Forwarding, and set up your Voicemail greeting. You can also Log Out of the app.
