Once you open VLC you should see a list of options at the top of the screen. You will want to click on the "Media" option. (Highlighted Blue) Then you will choose "Open Disc..." from the context menu. (Highlighted Green)

After choosing the "Open Disc..." option you will be prompted with a new window to choose the disc device you want to play. You will want to choose the "Browse..." option to select the disc to use. (Highlighted Yellow)

When you click the "Browse..." option you will have a File Explorer window. When this displays, you will want to click the "This PC" option on the left-hand side. (Highlighted Blue) Once you navigate to the "This PC" location, your disk drive will be located where the green box is. Your disk drive will also have a CD/DVD icon for identification. You will click the disk drive option, then choose "Select Folder." (Outlined in Yellow)

- After choosing your disk device, it will populate the name in the "Disc device" textbox. You will then click the "Play" option located at the bottom of the window. (Highlighted Yellow)
