myUC for Coaches: Viewing Student-Athletes in myUC

Athletics

 

Report to Search your Athletic Team:

*This report is replacing the "View Athletic Team" functionality.

  1. Search CR ATH RPT183 Athletes by Term in the search bar at the top of your myUC homepage.
  2. Click on the report name to launch the report.

  3. Fill in the Academic Period and Athletic Team. Then click "OK".

  4. You should now see your team roster for the selected academic period.

View Individual Student-Athlete from Report:

*This is replacing the Athletics tab in the student profile menu.

  1. From the report, click on the student's name in the Student column.

  2. Click the "Actions" button under the student's name.

  3. Click on "Additional Data" in the Actions menu.
  4. You should now see the Athletic Team Assignment section for the selected student-athlete.
