Student Finance: Add an Authorized User

Log in to Touchnet through myUC Workday:

Please follow the instructions below to add an Authorized User to your student account in TouchNet.


  1. Go to the myUC Workday homepage and locate the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
  2. Hover over the Student tile and then click the Financials Hub tab.

    You should now see the Financials Hub.

  3. Click on the Student Account Links tab and then click the Add an Authorized User link.

    You are now logged into Touchnet.

  4. Click on Authorized Users in the “My Profile Setup” section of your screen.
  5. Enter the email of the person you would like to add as an authorized user and choose their permissions, then click continue.

  6. Read through the "Agreement to Add Authorized user." Then click I Agree and Continue. 
    You have now added an Authorized User to your Touchnet account.

  7. To EDIT AN AUTHORIZED USER, click the action button beside the specific user.

  8. Choose the action you would like to complete:
    • Edit to change the permissions your authorized user has in your account
    • Delete to completely delete the authorized user from your account
