To clear cache and cookies using advanced options in Google Chrome, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. On your computer, open Google Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click the three vertical dots for the menu More then choose Delete browsing data...
  3. Click the All time button, ensure all of the boxes are checked, then click Delete data 


  4. Click Delete data at the bottom right
