To clear cache and cookies using advanced options in Google Chrome, please follow the steps below:

  1. On your computer, open Google Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click the three vertical dots for the menu Morethen choose Clear browsing data...
  3. Click the Advanced tab, then change the Time Range to All time, and check ALL of the boxes except Passwords and other sign-in data
