Reset Your Password Using UCLogin:

Returning Students and Employees can reset their passwords using UCLogin.

  1. On the UCLogin sign-in page, type in your full UC email address.

  2. If you need to reset your password, click Forgot password? on the “Enter Password” screen.

  3. On the “Get back into your account” screen, complete the following:
    • Enter your full UC email or username.
    • Enter the characters shown in the picture or the words in the audio option.
    • After completing both above, click Next.

  4. You will then be asked to enter the 6-digit code from your Microsoft Authenticator app into the verification code field.

    • To locate the 6-digit code in your Microsoft Authenticator app, click on your account in the app.

  5. Create your new password, meeting the requirements listed below:
    • DO NOT include any part of your first or last name.
    • Must be 8 characters long
    • Must include:
      • numbers
      • upper-case & lower-case letters
      • at least 1 special character (! @ # % - *)
    • New password entry form with password requirements
  6. Once you have entered your new password in both fields, click Finish.

 

You should now see the message below stating your password has been reset.
