Utilizing Portfolios:
A Portfolio is a collection of Projects grouped together for tracking and management purposes.

A Portfolio functions as a dashboard that shows:
- A list of projects you have grouped together
- Each project's status (on track, at risk, off track)
- Progress (percent complete)
- Key dates (start/end)
- Priority or other custom data

When to Use a Portfolio:
- Multiple projects are occurring at the same time for the same team.
- Multiple projects that are related to each other are occurring at the same time.
- Multiple projects need to be completed on similar timelines to meet deadlines.

How to Create a Portfolio:
- Click “Portfolios” on the menu on the left side of your screen.
- On the Portfolios page, click the +Create button.
- Name your portfolio and set Privacy to “Private to portfolio members.”

Choose between the 3 layouts:

Project List View
- Shows project status, progress %, due dates, and the owner.

Timeline View
- Shows how projects overlap over time (like a roadmap).

Workload
- Shows who is overloaded across projects.

Project List View
- Click Continue and either start adding projects or share with your other team members
