Enabling Call Forwarding from Mobile App
By default, calls that are not answered will go to voicemail. To forward calls to a destination other than voicemail, enable call forwarding or change your voice portal busy and no answer settings.
To enable this feature in the mobile app:
- Open the Vonage app on your phone.
- Click your initials in the top left corner of the screen, then click Settings.
- Click Call Settings.
- Click Call Forwarding.
- Click Forward All Calls, then click the Settings gear next to it.
- If you haven't already, enter the number you want to forward your call to, then click the back arrow.
- Click Save to save the Call Forwarding settings.
- Click the back arrow, then click Close to exit back to your main app page.
To disable this feature in the mobile app:
- Open the Vonage app on your phone.
- Click your initials in the top left corner of the screen, then click Settings.
- Click Call Settings.
- Click Call Forwarding.
- Change the setting back to Send to Voicemail, and click Save.
- Click the back arrow, then Close to exit back to the main app screen.
