Enabling Call Forwarding from Mobile App:

By default, calls that are not answered will go to voicemail. To forward calls to a destination other than voicemail, enable call forwarding or change your voice portal busy and no answer settings.

To enable this feature in the mobile app:

  1. Open the Vonage app on your phone
  2. Click your initials in the top left corner of the screen, then click Settings
  3. Click Call Settings
  4. Click Call Forwarding
  5. Click Forward All Calls, then click the Settings gear out from it
  6. If you haven't already, enter the number you want to forward your call to, then click the back arrow
  7. Click Save to save the Call Forwarding settings
  8. Click the back arrow, then click Close to exit back to your main app page


To disable this feature in the mobile app:

  1. Open the Vonage app on your phone
  2. Click your initials in the top left corner of the screen, then click Settings
  3. Click Call Settings
  4. Click Call Forwarding
  5. Change the setting back to Send to Voicemail, and click Save
  6. Click the back arrow, then Close to exit back to the main app screen
