Enabling Call Forwarding from Mobile App:
By default, calls that are not answered will go to voicemail. To forward calls to a destination other than voicemail, enable call forwarding or change your voice portal busy and no answer settings.
To enable this feature in the mobile app:
- Open the Vonage app on your phone
- Click your initials in the top left corner of the screen, then click Settings
- Click Call Settings
- Click Call Forwarding
- Click Forward All Calls, then click the Settings gear out from it
- If you haven't already, enter the number you want to forward your call to, then click the back arrow
- Click Save to save the Call Forwarding settings
- Click the back arrow, then click Close to exit back to your main app page
To disable this feature in the mobile app:
- Open the Vonage app on your phone
- Click your initials in the top left corner of the screen, then click Settings
- Click Call Settings
- Click Call Forwarding
- Change the setting back to Send to Voicemail, and click Save
- Click the back arrow, then Close to exit back to the main app screen
